You have experienced change all your life and come through. Document your past 3 triumphs despite setbacks.
List your inner strengths/outer resources. Let them inspire your future.

When you connect, interact and engage in give and take with others, you are building power.
Make one such attempt every month to flex your influence strength.
That is what learning is. You suddenly understand something you've understood all your life, but in a new way.

Practice expanding your presence. Stand upright, stretch your arms, scan your body from head-to-toe and the space around you. Use ALL of it as YOU.
